The property features inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 36 km from Roccaraso - Rivisondoli. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. I never write reviews but this property lived up to all our expectations and more. The property was beautiful, very clean and well organized rooms, wonderful soft linen and towels, great Amenities, restaurant down stairs and a 1min walk to town centre. Super friendly staff willing to go the extra mile , on checkout we required a cab to the bus stop and the owner without a fuss loaded our luggage and drop us there personally. Next level ! I could go on and on….. Would strongly recommend anyone visiting this beautiful part of the the world to stay with Gino !

This is a lovely B&B conveniently located near the centre of Sulmona. The rooms are beautifully converted and spotlessly clean. The breakfast room is most attractive and there is a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. Dante was a kind, gentle and considerate host whom we very much enjoyed meeting. We would definitely return.

Truly amazing accommodation. The best vacation we ever had. Everything truly is excellent from the scenery to the rooms, breakfast, people, everything really. There are plenty of parking spaces and nearby, easy to carry the baggages. Very great personnel and people ready to offer and do the best for you. The breakfast and coffee are very good and at your disposal. Amazing rooms with beautiful scenery, everything you need, and calming design. The staying felt better than being home.

We were very proud to be the first guests to stay at this lovely house. We were given a very warm and friendly welcome. The house is very spacious and absolutely immaculate and very well appointed. 5 star accommodation! The location is perfect for walking into the centre, about 20 minutes but it is as the time, very peaceful with a lovely view of the old town and mountains. Breakfast was really fresh and all made locally with great coffee and tea for us English.

When we arrived it was like we landed on a movie set. it is so picturesque. While the photos are lovely, they do not do it justice. The building is stunning and very comfortable. We are a family of four and all found the beds, rooms and amenities very pleasing. The view from the balcony and windows is so picturesque. The pool area is spectacular. Both Gianna and Giuseppe were very accomodating and so lovely!
