Enjoy free WiFi, complimentary breakfast buffets and a host of comforts at this elegant 4-star hotel and residence set in the historic centre of Lucca. Everything was great! The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location inside the city walls and just beside the canal is fantastic (beautiful and convenient). The breakfast was of excellent quality, offering a wide variety of choices, including excellent fresh fruits and nuts, plus excellent coffee.

Offering air-conditioned rooms, Hotel San Marco features a swimming pool. Lucca’s marvellous walls are 500 metres from the property and Porta San Jacopo are a short walk away. Parking is free. Really kind and friendly staff. Room clean, they even gave us a treat for our dog when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed staying there.

I think this was the best hotel we stayed in during our 20-day Italy trip. The hotel is so cute, very clean, staff were so nice and helpful! The room was beautiful, bathroom was great (two sinks)! Beds were comfortable too. We have nothing bad to say or any complaints. I'd definitely stay there again.
