They are very friendly and welcoming. The location couldn't be better. On the edge of old town; 1 min walk and you're there. Quiet, safe. Italy won't allow running air conditioning before May 1, so they brought me a fan :) Breakfast is extended continental. Very tasty, and there is plenty to get you going.

Rooms was cleaned daily, staff were so helpful and accommodating with requests. Big plus was that breakfast was included daily and also they have a bike rental service
