Only 5 minutes' walk from Piazza Vittoria, La Filanda B&B is in Brescia's historic centre. It offers elegant rooms with antique furniture, wood-beamed ceilings and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is buffet style. The room is nice and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is real Italian - light, mostly sweet and quick. We had nice pastries and coffee. An exceptional staff; always eager to go the extra mile (or 1.6 km) to help. Although we did not have a lakefront room, we had an enclosed balcony that gave us a view of the lake and the Alps. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. In my 11 trips to Italy, there was only a B&B in Rome that I thought this highly of. You will not be disappointed.
