The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We got a good introduction to the city and some tips for locations that were unknown to us prior to the trip. I really liked that we had Alexa in our room and that we could get her to play Italian radio for us. It really brought extra atmosphere to our trip. I especially enjoyed the modest size of the hotel. The service personnel were the same from day to day and I really enjoy the personal connection which comes with that. Especially when the service is this good.

I had a really bad experience when i arrived to rome but it all went away when i arrived to the hotel thanks to the reception employees there Valeria and Matilda , specially Valeria who helped alot and kept paying for my parking cause i couldn’t with my phone, the staff was top and so kind all of them , also the hotel was very nice and the room was clean and i will definitely go there if i come back to rome

Across the road from Campo de' Fiori, Navona Queen Rooftop is in a 19th century building and offers a panoramic terrace with a hot tub overlooking Rome, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Gianicolo hill. If you were making a movie set in Rome, i t would be at this place — it’s magical, chilled, super clean and all of the staff from reception to cleaners are mega charming.
