The service at the hotel was first class. Faruk helped us with many things and he always seemed to be where we needed him. He was always cheerful and friendly. Especially for our developmentally disabled son. Great guy! We received help even before staying, e.g. with restaurant reservations. Breakfast served in the room at a time of your choice was wonderful.

You can walk to Piazza Navona in 5 minutes. Highly recommended, we had a great stay here. Lovely staff, very kind, friendly & professional. All of them speak English. Thank you for everything! Perfect location - 15 minutes max walking distance to every major attractions (Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain). Great roof terrace with bar/breakfast and view.
