The Hotel Manager Andrea showed us the true Italian hospitality by checking on us everyday to ensure everything is up to our expectations. We cant forget his warm welcome & sincere fond farewell. A real example of what hotel leadership should be. We also cant forget the best guest service we received from the bellmen “Joselu” (unfortunately I cant remember his name) the gentleman from Peru, who escorted us all the way to the taxi waiting area & didn't want to leave until the taxi came. You can walk to Piazza Navona in 5 minutes. Everything about the accomodation, location was spot on. Close to all major attractions. I highly recommend this place. Breakfast on the rooftop was Awesome!. Staff was warm, friendly and willing to assist. Safe location. Close to public transport and meter taxi
