We liked everything and our stay definitely exceeded our expectations! Beginning with the incredibly friendly welcome by our great hosts (Ani & Kiko), who made us perfectly relaxed by a free coffee and some snacks for our child. We arrived very early, about 4 hours before the original check in and our room was ready in just about half an hour! Secondly, the location of the property turned to be one of the best for the city, especially if you are going to embark or disembark on a cruise ship. Everything is near, the city centre, the shuttle bus station, the local marker and the regular shopping market. So, you need just about 5 to 10 minutes maximum to all of that locations, even carrying or dragging your luggage. The area of the hotel is also very quiet and if you would like to have a nice, comfortable night before a long trip, that is the best place to stay! Lastly, but not least, our hosts Kiko & Ani were super friendly & helpful, representing the great hospitality of my country, Bulgaria, as we turned to be from the same nationality! Their whole management of the place is absolutely perfect and we totally enjoy our stay! In conclusion, I would like to recommend "Hotel Porto Di Roma" to everyone who expects and would like to have a comfortable and relaxing stay, especially the night before or after the cruise. Set just 25 km from EUR Magliana Metro Station, Happy Home offers accommodation in Fiumicino with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as luggage storage space. A paradise on the waterfront A wonderful place to watch sunrises and sunsets and enjoy the peace and quiet. A very cozy house with three separate apartments and a common area. Giulia, our host, was very friendly, polite, smiling, and attentive. We asked for an early check-in, and she did so promptly, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out and stay in the common area, on the terrace, and was always available in what’s app. This place is designed with warmth and love, which is immediately noticeable. It features a cozy terrace and a small courtyard with a magnificent sea view. Everything is very cozy and well-maintained. Sun loungers, a rocking chair, tables, and chairs—everything you need to truly relax and enjoy the courtyard. There's also a hot tube (20 euro), where you can enjoy a wonderful sunset overlooking the sea in the hot water. The view is magnificent. The location was close to the train station (which was important to us), just a 7-minute walk along the promenade (but the apartment was completely quiet, with no noise). The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable, large with high ceilings. There was a kettle and refrigerator in the room, and a coffee machine in the common area (coffee capsules, tea bags, honey, and sugar were all provided). Shampoo and conditioner were also provided in the room. Our window overlooked the sea—a beautiful view. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes on the promenade within walking distance of the apartment. Beach is very close, it’s possible to swim in October. We really want someday to go back to this place!

The attention to detail of the decor, the friendliness of the staff, the views….i could go on. I think a travel magazine should visit and do an article on the hotel. I could get lost looking at the ceramics, the art and the stunning flowers.
