Best accommodation in Italy during this trip (out of 7). Wonderful lake view that we could appreciate from the little balcony and from inside as well. Great design. Well located. Comfortable bed and shower. Quiet at night. Very helpful owner. Complimentary pastries from the shop across the road.

Nice small boutique Hotel in a quiet location, far from the villages. In general, it is an excellent construction, as well as the surrounding area. However, you need a car. A small problem was the internet, but I believe they will make it faster

The MOST amazing stay…let this stunning property take you back in time and enjoy all the antiques, space and comfort of what feels like living in a beautiful museum. With a superb location we spent one night in the 2 bed penthouse apartment with private terrace overlooking the lake. It was breathtaking. Ignore any bad reviews and book because you will not be disappointed. Clean, huge rooms and comfy beds. Lovely host. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I would like to thank the whole family who hosted us! They are very nice people 😊 We liked the farm house apartment a lot as it's surrounded by olive trees garden and is located in calm and peaceful area. The views are breathtaking. The apartment is made, designed and decorated with the sense of style right down to the smallest detail. Umbria region has lots to offer plus you can visit Tuscany as the house is located not far away from Montepulciano, Val d'orca, Chianti hills etc. Thank you again for our great vacation!

This stunning property has been so elegantly and thoughtfully designed - the garden, private reading spaces etc The staff and owners made us feel so welcome and we loved the olive oil tasting, the wonderful food with local ingredients Rastrello is a place to return to

For the price it was perfect. -Bed was comfortable, which is probably the most important part! -The view from the balcony is breathtaking. I watched the sunset over the lake. -The room smelled very nice when I arrived. -The interior design was coherent and unique. The style was a mix of artdeco and haiwaiin vibes. -Wifi was fast, which I experienced is not so common in Italy. -Thr booking conditions were awesome (Checkout 13:00, cancel anytime, pay at property)
