Each unit displays an equipped kitchenette and a living area with sofa bed, some have a balcony. Complimentary tea, coffee and chamomile are provided. The bathroom comes with a shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. We used a door code so there were no keys. The location was very good. The place was very clean. We would stay again if ever we go back. Communication was also very good because we did not arrive until around 9pm after the office was closed.

We had a wonderful stay here. When we arrived something was wrong with our initial room and they were so kind about it and gave us a free upgrade. The location was amazing and the food in the restaurant is very good. The best ravioli I ever had! The breakfast that was included was also great. We just felt so welcome and so well taken care of, the whole staff is so kind and warm. We will definitely come back here! 10/10 would recommend.

We are very experienced travellers and used to stop in different hotels and being in Hotel Du Lac & SPA we felt like we stopped in a 5 stars hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations. The location was very good and the views the hotel offers were gorgeous. Our room was always super clean. The breakfast had excellent variety and the staff was caring and helpful. I would like particularly to thank Ganga for looking after me, her attention to my wishes. All receptionists were extremely helpful as well and very friendly but Sara was just amazing. She helped us with everything we needed. Huge THANKS to all of you making our holiday SUPER special!!!

Our stay was perfect 👌, the location was super, the place incredible, the hotel staff amazing, helpful, we booked the room without lake view and during the checkin they offered the room with lake view 😊. Charming Bellagio Boutique Hotel is a 12-minute walk from the centre of Bellagio and the ferry terminal with links across Lake Como. loved our stay! the staff were so friendly and helpful and basically told us where to go during the day. breakfast was delicious and plentiful, rooms were super clean and the location has a big parking lot and only a short walk to the centre of bellagio, without any major hills.
