The accommodation was neat and clean. Everything was arranged as described when we arrived and we had no trouble settling in after a very long drive. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Lake Como and needing a place to stay.

We came for one day and it was the best place, we had wonderfull stay. The staff was very kindly, the apartment was so stylish and the view was excellent. Restaurant near the lake was so good. We enjoy every minute in this complex and for sure want to come back.

The property is gorgeous and perfectly well kept. We loved the atmosphere, art, history and things like the garden and outside area. No noise, stunning rooms and the breakfast is to die for!

Amazing mountain wiews especially on sunset time, when going from Bellagio to apartment/San Giovanni (20-30 min walk). Nice breakfast.

Amazing staff that are willing to help with everything. The food is amazing, breakfast and dinner, with local stuff. Location is also great, with a ferry closeby (20min walk). Also loved the animals there. The spa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish steambath, cold plunge and relaxation area, all private. EV charger also a bonus.
