Extras include bathrobes and slippers. The view is really a highlight, also the kindness and flexibililty of the staff. We arrived a bit after their check-in hours, and got detailed self check-in instructions with photos attached. Room was clean and spacious with a terrace facing the lake and mountains. Sour breakfast was made fresh based on our wishes and my dietary limitations, the self service sweet italian breakfast included pastry, bread, fruit, cereals, jam, honey, nutella... Coffe was perfect, nespresso, I couldn't resist drinking 2 cups🙏. Parking spot is private in front of the building.

The staff cannot do enough to help you if you need advice about restaurants, trains, where to visit. Comfortable room with excellent shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was great, more than we could eat and they will cook eggs etc to order. Overall a fabulous stay
