Check-in take place opposite the property. Superb location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Stunning view from the 5th floor apartment. Washing machine and kitchen equipment in a hotel like setting was really great. If there was a swimming pool for kids, we'd stay for much longer :) We had a lot of bags and we were allowed to use hotel reserved parking to unpack for a little longer than 30 minutes. Nearby public parking is quite convenient.

The location is absolutely fantastic and makes exploring the city on foot incredibly easy. For those traveling by car, there's a public parking lot nearby where guests get a 15% discount, which is a huge plus. The rooms are a highlight—they're exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also top-notch, with a great selection of delicious options to start your day. What really sets this place apart, however, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service truly enhances the entire experience. It is less than a 10-minute drive from Trieste. We loved everything, from the location - easy accessible from the main road, free parking on site, looking at the sea, super helpful and friendly staff, complementary aperitif, lovely breakfast and a room with a view of the gorgeous Adriatic sea. Also there is long boardwalk for enjoying the sea air. They were so nice toward my two, big, dogs and that is one of the most important things for me. My full recommendation of this hotel and next time in Trieste this hotel will be our only choice.

This bed and breakfast features modern design and furnishings. Guests can enjoy breakfast in their room or in the dining room. Everything! Location is perfect, I could walk everywhere but the room was very quiet in the busy city. Big room, spacious bathroom, wonderful mattress and pillows, nice sheets. I even liked the bedside lamp. There was also a couch, very nice to be able to spend time in the room. Also, trash is taken out and the room is tidied every day.
