The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

And not to forget the 3 dogs, that played with us every time we were around! A great experience overall and for sure we will get back when we return in Firenze!
