5 star services and facilities. Wonderful room, extremely helpful staff and designer finished hotel. I was impressed with their coffee facilities - we even had hot chocolate, barley and camomille satchets in the room! And they offered free afternoon tea in the breakfast area, which was really amazing!! Highly recommended!!

We especially loved the location at this hotel. It's in the middle of all the main places to visit in Florence, which made getting up in the morning for tours so much easier. Although it's near the main Piazza, the noise wasn't too much of a problem after 11pm.

We had a very easy and fast check-in. The boutique hotel really has a unique, warm and Italian style and the host was very friendly. The open bar in the lobby is a lovely addition and our room had a beautiful view over the river and Florence. We would definitely stay here again!

The Villa is absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained. Its location in the hills gives you gorgeous views from all sides and the interior architecture, decor and historical artifacts are beautiful. It felt like a private residence most of the time because it wasn't so busy which was very nice. The staff were all so lovely, professional and very helpful.
