What is not to like? It had a stunning view and an excellent location as it was so close to town centre. The breakfast was fresh every morning.

The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 200 metres from Aragonese Castle. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a lift and luggage storage for guests. Our family of 3 couples stayed with Lorenzo for 3 nights. Every room was styled fabulously quirky and retro. Interesting features everywhere. Lorenzo would have to be the friendliest and most helpful host we’ve ever experienced. He gave us tips for good restaurants and a nice beach to visit by train. The bathrooms were modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable.

It is located 700 metres from Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola and offers full-day security. The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Saverio was very friendly, explained the local area and gave us restaurant recommendations. We ate at his family restaurant which was lovely. The room was excellent, hot tub was lovely and everything was very clean. We liked the room and area so much we ended up booking an extra night. Saverio was very responsive over WhatsApp

Located in a quiet area 3 km from the city centre, this unique stone building is 10 minutes' drive from Lido Sant'Angelo beach. Rooms offer views of the garden or Ionian Sea. WiFi and parking are all free. Absolutely everything! It was beautiful, clean, friendly with lots of history. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

All air-conditioned, rooms here have modern facilities such as satellite TV, but have also retained a number of their original features and design. What an amazing place and wonderful hosts! The grounds are absolutely beautiful with ample garden space to sit with fruit trees and beautiful vegetation. The room was extremely clean, comfortable with a great ac and the breakfast was great with a lot of attention to detail. There are two terraces I could sit in with one being more private. They also provide a beach umbrella which is highly appreciated. The hosts could not be nicer, they dropped me off at the train station and also helped with my laundry which was highly appreciated as I am traveling for longer. You can write them through WhatsApp if you need anything and they respond very fast. The most beautiful beach in the area is located 11minute walk with a wonderful café a bit higher up where you can buy drinks and then get a lounge chair for free. I totally recommend staying in this gem!!

It is located 500 metres from Aragonese Castle and offers a lift. The property offers allergy-free units and is set 1.4 km from Reggio Calabria Lido. Beautiful stay and an excellent, helpful host. Highly recommend!

A Liberty-style building in the centre of Tropea, a 2-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Villa Vittoria Tropea B&B offers modern rooms, a garden, and free Wi-Fi. The sandy beach is 450 metres away, reachable via a staircase. Room was very nice and honestly should have cost twice as much (crazy cheap), possibly just because it is off-season. Comfortable bed and great pillows (subjective).

Rooms at Portercole B&B feature modern furnishings and paintings by a local artist. Each includes an electric kettle, minibar and a private bathroom with hairdryer, toiletries, and slippers. Everything! Excellent location, close to train station and old town. The owners were super friendly and extremely helpful, especially with recommendations and excursions. The room was fabulous, well equipped with everything that you would need for your holiday and the attention to detail was second to none. Everything was of the highest quality. There was a wide selection of delicious food for breakfast, eggs cooked upon request with fantastic service. Highly recommended!

Just 200 metres from the beach, the 4-star Piccolo Grand Hotel is located in Pizzo Calabro. It offers elegant rooms with free WiFi and a balcony with town or sea views.

Rooms at Grand Hotel are colourful and decorated with wooden floors. Each one is air conditioned and features an LCD TV. Piccolo Grand Hotel is one of my favorite hotels anywhere I have traveled. It's exceptionally well run and beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. I hope to stay again some day.
