excellent and very friendly services
I arrived at the hotel with a broken arm. Luca and Anna at reception helped right away: arranged ice pack, shuttel to the hospital and much more. I was so impressed by the kindness and help.
Although the hotel is located next to the Superstrada the room has been absolutely quiet.
Breakfast is very good too.

A truly hidden gem in the middle of Tuscany - even for our demanding taste. Gorgeous authentic rooms (with great AC for the summer nights!), a lovely pool area, great hosts and staff - truly a lovely, peaceful experience on a wonderful estate. The only thing we are sad about is that we did not book more nights! :-D

Very stylish hotel in the heart of the old city with great places to eat very nearby. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again. We did not take breakfast , but there are plenty of cafes nearby.

See below re the breakfast.The location of the hotel is situated near the historic centre of lovely village above a scenic river and surrounded by attractive countryside.There are four restaurants including a good one with outdoor seating owned by the hotel proprietors conveniently next door to the hotel.The hotel owners particularly Francesca were warmly friendly simpatico and helpful

The Garden Hotel was fantastic—great service, ideal location, and fresh, stylish rooms. It's super convenient with parking and a garage, plus they're pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The restaurant was lovely, too. Highly recommend!

A beautiful villa with stunning views of Tuscany. We loved having breakfast outside with the views. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate the night before our wedding. Great food, lovely shower and comfortable bed.

An ancient site, full of history, but with every effort made to adapt the rooms to modern standards. Great WiFi, for example. The natural stone pool is just amazing - fantastic views and good facilities for showering. The hosts are lovely people - helpful, informative, and very accommodating. The food is splendid and they have a very good wine cellar. Much of the produce - olive oil, eggs, bread, etc - is from their estate. We will be back!
