I literally liked everything about this place, but the service is impeccable, with a smile, and beyond helpful. Truly stand out. Everything I requested--toiletries, help with spa booking etc, was all done super well. I had the most basic room and it was gorgeous. The turn down service was lovely. Room service food and restaurant were also exceptional. Honestly, I cannot wait to come back.
Also the SPA--do not overlook it, it was amazing as well.

Exceptional hospitality and friendly, helpful staff in every department - reception, bell boys, housekeeping, dining, security. Never seen better elsewhere.
The layout and designing is awesome.
And I just loved the sitting room / hall in the lobby. Wish my own sitting room could be so warm and inviting.
