The cottage is situated on one of the best place of Bhimtal. You can enjoy the serene beauty in it's most natural way!! The rooms are spacious, clean and gives home like feeling.. it's a 3 storey cottage and all the 3 floors are very well designed by the owner. The caretaker couple takes care of each of your requirements and prepares best of meals. Stay and meals both are very budget friendly. Do try their cutlet with pahadi chutney. The charges are very nominal compare to other places. We stayed in 3 bedroom villa.

good location near the river, basic boutique hotel not to the standards of 4/5 star 'chain hotels' but thats what we opted for. Food was good in the restaurant (only veg options), and their sister restaurant was amazing.

I had an incredible stay at Kinwani House! The art deco design is stunning, and the entire place exudes luxury. The conservatory is lovely for evening drinks. Great for groups or special occasions.

This property is a true gem. It’s away from all the noise but close enough to go and explore the places of interest. It’s absolutely phenomenal. The staff is super kind and helpful. The food is just on a different level. The rooms are beautiful. The design of the place is gorgeous and every item was chosen carefully. It is on the Ganges river and if you want a quiet Aarti away from the masses then they supply one every afternoon. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

A charming boutique hotel set in a narrow lane, which makes it a perfect quite place. The interiors of the rooms and common spaces are absolutely gorgeous. The yoga hall is well equipped. The Monsoon Restaurant has an extensive menu that serves everything you can think of. Not only is the food fresh and delicious but the presentation is awesome. The staff is well trained and courteous. We had a lovely experience

Exceptional hotel! One of the best boutique hotels i have visited. The decor is so on point and near immaculate. I was getting design ideas by just looking at the upholstery they have used. The outstanding interiors - extend to a lovely cafe, great and well balanced food - a very sedate neighborhood though well connected. All in all - one of the best stays Rishikesh has to offer. Highly recommended!!
