The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming and gave us great support in getting things organised. The room was nice and clean. I can warmly recommend Residency to anyone new to Mumbai (as we were).

Very clean and staff was very efficient.

The hotel is located 1 km from Mumbai’s famous Fort area, 4.2 km from Nariman Point and 5 km from Colaba Causway. The room, was very clean and the hotel was within a 30 min walk of major tourist sites. What made the hotel though was the staff. Super friendly and nothing was too much to help you out. The staff arranged for currency exchange and provided advice on restaurants and tourist attractions. Breakfast was included and very tasty also, with a choice of Indian or Eggs. Loved our stay.

The location is Great just 2 min walk from the metro station. Food options and taste is really good and a very helpful and friendly staff . Many food stalls are available just outside the hotel if you want to try the local Mumbai foods from early morning to late night.

It is my first choice when staying in Mumbai. Very close to the airport. The ambience feels nostalgic and despite looking old, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel features an outdoor pool overlooking the ocean, free parking and 6 dining options. The hotel and room is clean and nice. Western-style and standards. It is a refreshing visit for us who just came back from the Jaisalmer desert area. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Pool is nice. The beach access is right outside which is awesome. The beach is clean and nice. The hotel is also near many good restaurants and it's safe to walk around a bit.

Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer and bathrobes. This was a great place to begin my stay in India and get acclimated. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean spacious room with everything I needed, toiletries, free bottles of water, coffee kettle, quiet room, slept great, good AC, good restaurant in the building, great breakfast included with room, a buffet and the chef woukd also cook free breakfast to order. Excellent location right by the Gateway to India, where many tours start, near the part of town with the most sites to see, a few minutes walk to Colaba marke, the Oberoi hotel, and many restaurants. I had a really great stay for 3 nights.
