Exceptionally attentive staff….great breakfast with western and Indian choices. Room was snug but very efficient and comfortable bed and linens. Rooms face a side street and it was quiet and calm.

The amenities in the room when I arrived - the bottle of wine, fruits and snacks were a very pleasant surprise. My room had everything I needed and the bathroom toiletries provided were exceptionally good. Everything worked well. The bed and the pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was super and had a vast variety of items - from puri-bhaji to waffles - all brought to your table. The gym was well-equipped. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the new Cuffe Parade metro station right outside. I took it once from a meeting in central Bombay to the hotel and was impressed. Staff were very accommodating and particular mention should be made of Parag, the housekeeper who showed a lot of initiative in getting a suitcase stand for my luggage and attending to other small details normally overlooked by housekeeping staff. All this without a word from me. It was a great stay and I'll be back!

There was always sufficient hot water and water pressure for shower. The adjoining restaurant on the ground floor could easily become our dinning room after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel also helped us arrange transportation for the day trips to the Ellora Caves and the Ajanta Caves.
