Spent a night there and i can't think of anything negative but it was all about amazing service feedback . It was in a great location - close to the tourist sites and in an interesting section of Mumbai (Fort). The staff were just fabulous. They couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was great as was the tea, coffee and biscuits in the late afternoon (no charge). The hotel gives guests free access to a gym and there’s a laundry next door. Deluxe rooms are not large but perfectly adequate and quiet and located two doors up from the main reception. We didn’t check out a heritage room but were told these are bigger and in the same building as Reception. This hotel really made our time in Mumbai so much more enjoyable.

Comfortable stay , clean , good food but could be a lil better, very courteous restaurant staff and the manager , very supportive HK and maintenance staff at anytime including the team at reception.
