Staff was very courteous, prompt and helpful. Everyone spoke English, so we didn't feel like language was a problem. The hotel is located centrally in Fort Kochi so all the attractions are in a 5 kms radius. They also helped us in finding a scooty (which is 200m from the hotel), and finalise our tickets for a great kathakali show (everyone MUST go) that happens daily, nearby. The Water Metro and ferry are 5 mins away. We had booked breakfast at the hotel, and it was FANTASTIC. They serve a South Indian and a continental spread, and both were yummy! Loved the ambience, and the pool on the rooftop is cool too. Thanking everyone at Tissa's Inn for their hospitality and care. We'll be back soon!

Very good location however property look bit worn out but maintained well. Hotel in and around was smelling nicely but in the room there was a slight foul smell probably from the AC vent.

The 16 acre Taj Green Cove, our resort in Kovalam, has a kilometre of coastline, Balinese style villas nestled on a hillock overlooking the Ocean with a lagoon in between. Staff were the highlight of the stay, they were friendly, warm, welcoming and treated us like family. My 2 boys felt like royalty! Chef Har Bans Singh bent over backwards to cater for us, so much that my wife wanted to ask him to stay with us in london! Restaurant staff: Gopi, Abishek, Tanisha, Kaushik, tended to all our requests, with a smile and never made us feel our requests were too much. The human touch, warmth and excellent service, should make Taj group feel proud of their staffing team. The property was exceptional too, the rooms were quaint and rustic, the pools were great way to cool off, the boating/ snacks/ games at teatime was a highlight too. I would rate this hotel at 5 star, with the staff above, i would rate it as 6 star!! thankyou for all your efforts team, you made it a memorable one!

This place has it all. Superb staff and some great characters. Quirky but delightful rooms. The restaurant was amazing with a wide variety of tasty food. Nothing was too much trouble from ordering taxis to keeping the beers coming. Had a great week here and hopefully will be coming back.

Overlooking the serene backwaters, Le Méridien Kochi offers well-appointed guestrooms that have stunning views of the lush greenery. It was my second time and allways good to be there ! The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, Especially the restaurant staff who helped me find a cake to celebrate our mother’s birthday, really nice to her! Thank you for everything, I will probably come back !
