Free WiFi is available in public areas. Everything was wonderful. The property is located next to beach. The swimming pool gave the feel of privacy and ownership as it was next our room. The location is incredible, the rooms beautiful and clean, and the roof terrace (which is also the restaurant with delicious and affordable food) offers an amazing view over the tea plantations. The staff were very helpful and a special thanks to Saijth who went out of his way to make our stay memorable.

In between they took time to chat to us about our travels and explained the food and culture of Kerala. The room staff left us special messages that made us feel at home. Chef Peter kept an eye out for us in the restaurant, he always came over, explained the food options, and even made us special treats. We ended up sharing recipes! Special mention must go to Nandita Kumar as the guest relations officer. Nandita and the front desk staff helped us with so much. From tourism attractions & transport to getting an acclaimed Henna artist to apply her trade in our rooms. She was always looking out for us and went out of her way to come and check on us. She was super helpful showing real interest in our vacation needs. It felt like we had a friend on the staff who was helping us in ways that made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. All in all we felt very special and we experienced full-on Indian hospitality in line with the saying 'Guest is like God' - Atithi Devo Bhava. All of this comes at very reasonable prices, in a convenient location and great facilities.
