Staff was hardworking and very supportive. Their customer service was very good. The entrance reception area was immaculate, just like the rest of the hotel. My room was excellent and the design was good. Highly recommended.

Boutique hotel. Quiet location but very central by metro (150m away) to many of the tourist sites. Room was comfortable, though a view of a block wall never excites me. Breakfast was tasty. I appreciate they cooked an omelet each day and made a proper coffee. The owner was often on site and takes pride in making customers happy. He arranged a private early morning taxi to the Taj Mahal. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Not a fancy modern hotel but ideal if you're on a budget.

- close to Green Park metro station/tuk-tuks near the main entrance at any time/personnel can call you a taxi to wherever you need to go

Stunning luxury decor, beautiful pool, lovely breakfast and excellent service - in particular we’d like to shoutout Sachin on the bar who not only made excellent drinks but really made our stay at The Imperial - so much so we returned later in our trip!

Everything that a five star hotel should be - beautifully designed, staff that go above and beyond without being prompted, excellent food, comfy beds, fantastic facilities, pure luxury. We were here over Christmas and were a bit worried that they wouldn't be able to pull off the right ambience, but they absolutely did - the lobby was tastefully decorated and the Xmas eve dinner buffet was one of the best meals I've had in my life. The kitchen in this place is beyond belief.
