Team is very attentive, they even found a yoga mat for me. There is coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby, they give good hiking hints. Breakfast is amazing prepared with a lot of love for details.

Isrotel Ganim Hotel is set on the shores of the Dead Sea, in Ein Bokek's tourist area, a 2-minute walk from the beach. It offers spa treatments and 2 indoor swimming pools with sea water. Parking and WiFi are free. It was just great. The Housekeeping Staff Super helpful, the room great with a Dead Sea view and what a ginormous bed. Even if the house was good booked it did not fell crowded. Loved the pool and the garden also the floating spa. The hotel has no private beach but the well maintained public beach is across the street. I recommend booking breakfast and dinner, the buffet is stunning never seen such thing I was not able to try everything. Just delicious

The hotel has an exclusive culinary complex with 6 seating areas, each designed with a different style and atmosphere: Greek, Spanish, Italian, French, Moroccan and the captain's table. I arrived at about 5am in the morning and the front desk agent gave me a breakfast voucher which I really appreciate. I really like the location of this hotel at the center of Eilat and where my tour was going to pick up the group. I appreciated the mini fridge, microwave and sink with dish soap and utensils. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. My room had a small dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a huge balcony. The bed and linens are fine.
