We had an incredible experience at the Royal Beach Eilat, which hosted our company during a recent conference. Even before our arrival, Yelena reached out to check if we had any special requests, and during our stay, both Sima and Yelena made sure everything was perfect for us. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast was outstanding, and most importantly, the staff's exceptional service, led by Sima and Yelena, truly stood out.

First, we were greeted when we arrived. Alona at reception was so helpful. Our luggage was then taken to our room. Our room had our own outside space, a bed, and direct access to the pool. Being senior citizens, because the room had a bath, they changed our room to one with a walk-in shower. The pool area and pool bar were great. The outside seating area also was great,. The breakfast was fantastic.

I'm very grateful for Vera,, or vara (from reservations) I hope I'm pronouncing it right haha! The place was very great clean with an elevator, alot of privacy and a great price. And as I said the costumer service is amazing and defenitely good emplyees :)
