The air conditioner was left on for our arrival. We received a complementary basket with water, mints, etc. The bathroom had shampoo and everything. All of us had towels. It is right on Jaffa Street in the heart of Jerusalem. We absolutely recommend this place.

Located next to the Old City of Jerusalem, within walking distance to the shopping district of Souq, New Imperial Hotel is set in a historical 19th-century building, owned by the Greek Orthodox Church. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a free WiFi access. The location was amazing. My room looked down onto Jaffa Gate. I could watch the streams of people coming and going. In the distance was the King David Hotel. The breakfasts were exceptional with a wide variety of fruits, savory dishes, vegetables, breads, cheeses, and cereals. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The building itself is a historic delight.
