Located next to Ashford Castle, The Lodge at Ashford Castle is set on 10 acres of grounds, overlooking Lough Corrib in Cong. Dating back to 1845, this contemporary country house hotel boasts free WiFi and free parking. Their shuttle service between points on the estate was a wonderful service and greatly appreciated. The Hawk Walk was a very special experience made even better by a warm welcome from Yvonne and by our lovely guide Neamh. The meals at The Lodge and at Cullens on the grounds of the estate were excellent.

Indoor swimming pool and sauna. Morning breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices of fruit, cereals, baked goods and full Irish breakfast. Great value for room, facilities and breakfast.

Good facilities, lovely location, very nice, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, very friendly staff. Also had a very nice meal in the restaurant.
