The hotel's location is ideal, with supermarkets just a few minutes walk away and the city centre about a 10-minute stroll. The gym and pool were both enjoyable, and I found the CLIMBER and SkiErg training apparatus to be particularly interesting. The room cleaning was also top-notch.
The staff at this hotel is incredibly helpful and friendly. I did experience a minor issue with a non-working coffee machine, but it was promptly replaced once I made a request for it.

We had the opportunity to upgrade and stay in the luxury room which was huge and had its own balcony and a huge panoramic view from the wall to wall windows.
Breakfast was also available at an additional cost and was delicious.
The hosts were a lovely couple and we loved staying in their beautiful home.

It beats every Radisson around the country. Can’t wait to go back there again. Well done to management and staff here. Our whole experience was so memorable.

The hotel surroundings are beautiful. The rooms, bar and entrance are stunning. The housekeeping staff are the best bunch of people, very friendly and kind. The bar man / night porter Paul is a lovely fella. Friendly and good at his job.
