Located in an authentic and bustling Javanese village, D'Omah Yogya Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Tembi Gallery and Gabusan Market. It is within a 15-minute drive from Yogyakarta’s city centre and an hour drive from New Yogyakarta International Airport. Definitely a place to return to. This nice resort is located in a dessa outside the city, near rice fields. The staff is incredibly friendly. The service and attention very personal. The tasteful design has been implemented throughout the entire complex. You can see the influence of owner Warwick Purser in this. Suggestion: Visit the Oma Budoyo gallery. The Lotus restaurant in the hotel has a varied menu. The quality is constant. Very tasty and authentic. I was looking for peace and seclusion and a good place to write. The suite I had was very pleasant. You need earplugs if you are not comfortable with the sound of the calls to prayer! The city no longer appeals to me. d'Ohma hotel is a good place to stay longer and take trips from there. Book your stay directly at the hotel; they make you an attractive offer. I don't think everything has to be perfect. d'Ohma it was. This was my second visit. I will come back again.

The property also offers free WiFi access. Very delicious breakfast. I loved trying the snacks from Jogja that they serve every morning. The staff were all very attentive and the whole atmosphere at breakfast was nice- not too noisy. Didn't use the pool but I am sure it's nice. Looks very family-friendly space. Would definitely take my children to stay here next time we are in Jogja.

The rooms were very comfortable, the hotel is very beautiful and the breakfast have lots of options. Also, the hotel is not far from the main city - considering that it is needed a car to go to all the main touristic spots - and it's very easy to take a grab from there. Extra: the hotel has many eco friendly actions, which I love!

The private bathroom has shower facilities and free toiletries. Some units offer a bathtub. After reading the reviews, we chose the Deluxe room and had no issues at all. Pool was enjoyable, the gardens are set very well indeed. It is an oasis in the city desert. Reception staff were lovely, as we're the breakfast bar staff. Good selection of foods and tasty cinnamon buns every morning. The pizza was very good, and the guys preparing it are cool. It's low season currently, so in high season the pool would get very busy I think.
