Just like others have mentioned the staff are very attentive .From the gardening crew , housekeeping that were excellent, pool cleaning and restaurant staff were always cheerful and friendly. I would like to thank Ken for always being friendly and welcoming without being overly intrusive. We had 9 nine nights at this resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.can’t recommend this place enough for a great getaway with a little bit of luxury as well.

Nice and green territory, big and clean rooms, nice bathroom. A little bit far from beach and main road- if it’s raining then the road is muddy! Nice pool! Staff is very friendly! Kids loved cats! :) Food in the restaurant could be a little bit better and maybe more options to choose!

Very spacious, clean, well thought out. The space was beautiful and felt really homely. The privacy of the environment was also wonderful. The staff were all perfect in accommodating questions, needs, helping at all times to find what we needed they also gave us personal recommendations for tours which we did, better priced than others and we had an incredible time. Definitely ask them about snorkelling with the turtles! We would definitely stay with them again!!! They also have bikes that you can rent per day which was just a highlight of the stay too as meant we could bicycle around the island easily. I also left an important piece of jewellery at the villa.and left the island. They kindly located it and their communication and kindness in getting the item.on a fast boat to me in Bali and their work to help me resolve that was just above and beyond. Everything was more than perfect! The best accommodation ever! The staff is super helpful, very polite and make everything to make you feel perfect They give you free bicycle and is brand new all them! Also the breakfast and the juices! Totally recommend! You must come here if you visit Gili !

Excellently well run resort. Staff were outstanding and food was super delicious with lots of variety. Preferred the ala carte breakfast to the buffet breakfasts offered at most other resorts. About 30min drive to Gili Islands so good location. We loved every minute. Worth upgrading to an ocean front room.

This is a very special place in Lombok. The setting is spectacular but it is the facilities and staff that make it so exceptional. There isn’t anything to say except if you have the chance you should go. We did two hotel arranged trips with them and they were brilliant. Snorkelling and then the waterfall trip. Both with lovely people who cared about what they were doing. Everyone wanted to make our stay special and I am so grateful to have been there.
