Tasikmalaya was a night stop in our route and the Town looked like something out of a war movie ,run down and bombed ,so when we arrived at hotel Santika we were delighted to see this oasis in the town,a well run,clean hotel with excellent facilities which gave us the perfect night's rest 🙏

The room is adequate for me n family. Everything is great including location, staff, bed, cleanliness and plus point is mall next to hotel. The bathroom is quite small. Tedious for parents wz small kids to bath in together.

I had booked 3 rooms, for myself and my two brothers. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and bidet shower for the toilet bowl. I loved the height of the bed which makes getting up and out easy. Cleanliness wise, i was happy to see that housekeeping cleans the room everyday. Nice to come back to my room every evening. Last night before checkout, the housekeeping staff actually made a cute towel arrangement on my bed. :-) Breakfast at the hotel was very pleasant as the staff and crew were very friendly and attentive. I definitely enjoyed my holiday better because of the pleasant hotel. Thank you everyone.
