From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect.
