This was one of the most amazing hotels we stayed in. My wife had an important birthday and the team prepared decoration in the room and a cake (Daffa, Salma, Claudia - thank you 🙏). The whole staff was most helpful and kind, we don’t have words to describe it. The room was spacious, very comfortable, clean and quiet (very important for us). The breakfast was good, the buffet dinner was really nice. The swimming pool area is also relaxing. Definitely, book a massage in their Spa - the couple massage is fabulous - thank you Berna and Herna! We been in the nice hotels around the world but I must say this was one of our favorites

Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta.
