This is a small hotel with only three bedrooms, located in a very convenient area (just a five-minute walk to the city center and fish market..). The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but incredibly delicious. What impressed us most was the attitude of the staff, especially Mr. Suni, the manager. They always smiled whenever they saw us. Mr. Suni even recommended some great local restaurants, which turned out to be excellent and very reasonably priced. He also helped us call a taxi after we checked out. It was an experience worth every penny. We highly recommend booking this hotel in advance, as the number of rooms is very limited. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance to return to Labuan Bajo.

Less than a 5-minute walk from the harbour, it offers a restaurant and snorkelling equipment for rent. Excellent room. Rooms 10 and over have beautiful sea views. Renovated recently. The air conditioning is excellent. Hot water. Comfortable terrace. Mini safe in room. Great location. Most of the dive centres are nearby. Noise from the road and pubs is not disturbing. The mosques are louder, but they didn't wake us up at night. If you can't walk up 94 steps, stay at home. Or choose another hotel.

It takes about a 15-minute drive from the property to Jembatan Kayu. Getting to Komodo Airport will also take 15 minutes by car. we don’t offers airport shuttle Beautiful property, I enjoyed sunset viewing from the balcony. We did some family photos around the property as well, because every corner is gorgeous. The room and bathroom has rustic feel, but very clean. Host is very friendly and helpful. I would return and book the new suite, which is completely enclosed with ac and may keep the room cooler. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay with my five year old and hubby.
