Staff are very helpful, friendly and very entertaining when the staff all dancing to greet the guest during breakfast. The hotel is very convenience because it is just beside the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall just right in front of the hotel.

The design and the view very fantastic. And I got a two bedroom villa as the one bedroom is fully taken. The infinity pool so nice ! Very huge space but I think good for three to four persons better. Too big for a couple.

The staff actions to my numerous feedback ( such as the aircon wasn't cool) was quick to rectified.
