It is located 27 km from Sibenik Town Hall and provides a shared kitchen. The guest house has family rooms. Great clean place with an amazing location. It is a couple of minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants, a bakery, and a grocery store. The apartment also had a beautiful shared balcony with views of the ocean and a drying rack for your clothes after the beach.

Apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need for short or longer stay. We loved the enteriour. It is located in the center of Šibenik, and it's very convinient that parking is available at this location. We had great communication with our host.

We booked long before so we got a great deal for this location. It was on walking distance to the boat dock for the national park. And free breakfast in the hotel.

Very clean. Waiters at the breakfast are surprisingly very polite (since today that is rare). Room was spacious with nice view.

A selection of wines is offered at an on-site bar with spacious terrace. The property also offers boat and luxury boat rentals, as well as tours and excursions to nearby points of interest. Guests can visit the historic town of Rogoznica, 2 km from the Perla Resort. Room was clean, spacious. The hotel is very close to the beach which was great. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you

It is just a 1-minute walk from UNESCO-protected Šibenik Cathedral and a 2-minute walk from Šibenik's harbour and marina. The property is conveniently located in the heart of the city, and is surrounded by many shops, restaurants and cafes. Perfect location. Room had everything I needed. Lots of eateries, cafes and bars nearby. The host went above and beyond with everything. She could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and I’d definitely stay here again. Sibenik is an absolute gem.

The property is just stunning. In the heart of the Old Town, walking distance to all of the amazing Old Town locations as well as the ferry port. Comfortable, beautifully designed with old town charm yet modern features, well equipped, clean, just an amazing place to stay. We were a family of 6 and felt the most comfortable. Also, the staff went above and beyond. Grateful for this wonderful experience and we are definitely making Nove Crkve our place to stay when in Sibenik on vacation. All the recommendations! Thank you!
