Durian was so kind and went extra mile to make our stay an unforgettable experience. She makes sure everything is taken care of and the experience was better than our expectations. We will return her kindness if she visits us in Singapore in future. On the hotel, the room is perfect, the shower temperature is easy to control, the water pressure is great , the room has heater as well and the WiFi is good. The bed is the most comfortable by far for us travelling in the Balkan states. The breakfast is superb and you can choose how you like the eggs to be done.

We had a very good dinner and perfectly cooked grilled meat and important to say they are prepared to manage gluten free dishes. We would definitely come back if we visit anither time the Plitvice National Park.
