Located in the very centre of Hvar, about 50 metres from the main square, Guesthouse Kampanel is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, fully refurbished in 2014. It offers brightly furnished studios and rooms, with free WiFi access available. Communication was good and we were met in front of the church and show the way to the accommodation. It was modern, clean and in a great location, only 1 minute walk to the square and with only a few steps. We would happily stay again.

The Val Marina Restaurant serves premium cuts of meat, and fresh and local fish that is carefully paired with a great variety of national and international wines. The views from the hotel are unsurpassable. We had a great view from our room already, and the view is even better from the lounge. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is well run and lives up to its expectations. They even collected our luggage from the ferry landing spot.
