The location is also a highlight. And the best part. They offer free transportation to wherever you need to go — and they’ll pick you up anytime as well. There might be more luxurious hotels in the city, but honestly, I doubt any of them could offer the same warm and personalized service you’ll find here.

A very comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Clean, tidy, well laid out with everything you need. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. Amazing view of the harbour as well as the fort up above. An added benefit, laundry for those with many days on the road. The directions were precise and easy to follow with luggage in tow. Highly recommended !!!

Restaurant Lucullus serves a rich breakfast and dinners including the specialities of Hvar Island like goat with potatoes cooked in a brick oven or cheese with capers and olive oil. Great family-run place at a great location in the heart of the old town, with very friendly staff and an exceptional breakfast served on the terrasse. The lady who welcomed us went out of her way to meet us at the entry of the old town, helped us find a cheap parking nearby, carried part of our luggage and showed us the way to the accomodation. What a lovely surprise! The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, the bed excellent. For breakfast we were offered eggs to our liking, fresh bread, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, home made cake and jams. Just superb! Don't miss to walk up to the fortification, it is worth the visit and you'll enjoy the great views.

Guests can also visit the trendy lobby bar with a small front terrace facing the harbour. The Val Marina Restaurant serves premium cuts of meat, and fresh and local fish that is carefully paired with a great variety of national and international wines. There is no better location. Just at the waterfront, with the cathedral a few steps away. You can´t have enough of the view. Hotel decor is lovely. All the staff we had contact with were super friendly, helpful and in good vibe. Breakfast was super good. A hotel to return to if we ever return to Hvar.
