The area is close to the sea but not in the center of Tsilivi. It's more quiet and perfect location to relax. The view was to die for. We loved the sunrise view from our balcony. There was plenty space for parking the car. The room was clean and minimal, which we loved. All the staff (reception, service, owner) were very friendly and gave us great tips and recommendations for food drinks and all the best beaches and spots on the island. The pool was very clean and the whole place was surrounded by olive trees. It creates a secure and relaxed area. We didn't swim in the pool because we went to all the beaches the hotel owner recommended to us, but we will definitely try it next time. Would come back 100%.

This is a premium product for a premium price. The quality cannot be faulted. The whole operation is highly professional and the experience totally relaxing.

A short bit from the airport and city centre on a quiet spot. Very sympathetic staff that did arrange trips on the island including one private tour from the hotel itself: friendly local guide showing lots of beautiful stops and amazing lunch restaurant. Spacious apartment with views of the pool and panorama of the sea on the other balcony. Excellent restaurant on the seaside with very pleasant atmosphere and personel. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the breakfast offers good and healthy food. The kitchen service is efficient, delicious greek cuisine and a very good price.

We are just back from the most amazing holiday in Kymothoe Elite - everything about the place is just incredible. While sharing with others (10 apartments in total) it felt like with had the place to ourselves. We are a family of 4 with children aged 10 and 13. From the time we arrived we spent most of our time on-site using the pool and private beach and were never conscious of anyone else being around. There is is much space for everyone. Nicos is by far the best host we have ever experienced and the team are so lovely and helpful. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and a great way to start each day (as is lunch which we had most days but you pay additional). If you are thinking about staying here don't hesitate, you won't regret it. Hopefully we will make it back some day and will never forget the experience. Thank you again Team Kymothoe Elite.

The location is the best in Zakynthos as on own peninsula with not hotels. 2 great tavernas and Niko and his coffee shop/cafe all within 4 mins walk. Fantastic views of Turtle Island. Xenophon and Spiros looked after us perfectly. Great pool. Keri is a 5 mins drive away with bakery/supermarkets/ boat hire/ATM!
