Everything! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Niko who was very accomodating and willing to give us advice on the best spots on the island. The facilities of the property exceeded expections and is very well kept, clean and tidy.

I booked Phillipeio because a friend of mine who lives in Krinides recommended highly staying there and I was not disappointed at all. Panagiotis and Marianna have been welcoming me very cordially and I felt very comfortable from the start even though it was my first time in Greece. They offered me not only historical knowledge about Krinides but also help at all times and I was also always welcomed to spend time with them. They are very special hosts and I am looking forward to seeing them the next time I’ll be here. The hotel and scenery are very beautiful. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, are very clean and the WiFi connection was very good. Overall I would rate my stay 10/10 and I would also HIGHLY recommend everyone staying at their place. They made my vacation even more special. You can see and feel that they are passionate hosts who care deeply about your well being. I want to thank them both because if it wasn’t for them my stay would not have been as great as it was. Please book with them if you want the authentic greek hospitality. I will ensure you, you won’t regret it.

Breakfast is varied and delicious, especially the jams, which are wonderful. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center and the ferry port. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

With pool views, this accommodation provides a swimming pool. Guests can make use of a garden. It's the first time when I start a review writing about the host, but Pepa was the best! After a very long road from home, she made us the best gyros in the world:) Main advantages of this hotel: only adults, very clean, peace and quiet, good breakfast, amazing food if you select something from the a la carte menu, very nice pool. All in all, one of the best places on the island, because of all the elements that shape up a great atmosphere.

Some rooms include a comfortable seating area, and en suite or exterior hot tub. Beautiful setting. Great facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Above and beyond what you need/expect. My holiday had issues and was foreshortened but the lady owner was lovely,understanding and accommodating.The rooms are of a high standard, ours had a magnificent view....sunsets, the bay, the lights, the verdant countryside and hills. The dining facilities were excellent....as good as any local restaurant. All in all, as a seasoned traveller and having used hundreds of hotels over my last 40 years travelling I can say that choosing to stay here would be a decision that you're unlikely to regret.
