Some units also include a well-equipped kitchenette with dining area. The location was two blocks away from the city center. Had many shops near. Also the people working there were really kind.

The location is ideal, just steps from the black sand beach and close to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Especially the staff, Penny was so nice, she help us and give us good recommendations where to eat, where to go, she reserved someplace for us even. At the end of our trip she gave us a goodbye drink.

Gianna Suites is built in the traditional style of Santorini Island and offers comfortable rooms with private balconies and flat-screen, satellite TV. Some units have a spa bath or a shower with hydromassage facilities. An amazing hotel. So close to Fira only 10 min walk. Very clean hotel & room & the breakfast was lovely & plenty of it. But the best thing about it was the lovely receptions Ioanna who always had a smile on her face, warm lovely caring nature & greeted you with respect & made you feel like home. She also made time to have a chat with us, nothing was a problem for her always to help & offer recommendations to all the site’s & restaurants. She even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our room . We loved our stay at Gianna Suites I would definitely recommend the hotel & I will definitely be staying here again !

Air conditioning comes standard. A fridge and kettle are also available. The view from the fanari vista suites is surreal, waking up each morning and looking out at the view was the perfect start to the day. The delicious breakfast prepared each morning was great. Then after a long day walking steps in fira getting into the hot tub and enjoying the sunset. The rooms were spotless.. the cleaner was on the go all day constantly cleaning the floors and rooms. Location was perfect, right next to the steps for the old port and on the pathway for the walk to oia. Would highly recommend staying here the staff were so polite and helpful. A member of staff met us when we got out of our taxi and escorted us to the suites..
