Just across from the pebble beach of Mikri Mantineia, Mantinia Bay Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a snack bar. It features elegant, self-catering accommodation with free WiFi. Since this was the first time we stayed at Mantinia Bay Hotel, we can say it was exactly what we needed and we were delighted with the place. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was very spacious with a nice terrace and a small kitchen corner, which to be honest we didn't use for cooking but it was still very useful to have. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the cleaning service was very detailed. We didn't miss any accessories, even if we didn't find something in our room upon arrival we received it the next day. There were enough parking places in the hotel's parking. The hotel beach is across the street and there are enough sunbeds for the guests. Since we were trying every day for lunch another taverna, we only had lunch once at the hotel, but it was good. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but nothing fancy or extraordinary ( which was not what we were looking for anyway ), and it worked perfectly with the timeless Greek village feeling that you have there. And last, but definitely not least, the personnel was friendly and always there to help. One thing that needs mentioning, the beaches in that area are rocky, not sandy, beaches. It took us probably 2 days to get used to, but then we were just fine with it since the rocks were round and not pointy, and in the end we actually loved it, it was a good daily reflexology :D A small tip, wait in the water for the sun to set behind the mountain across the gulf. We loved it, including our 4 years old.

This could not have been better. A stylish & comfy villa that had everything we needed, and more. Amazing views. Lovely, helpful hosts. A great, very clean pool. Peace & quiet & good vibes. And cats. Location was perfect, too, good beaches, supermarkets & restaurants nearby. We absolutely loved it.
