Located next to Aristotelous, the city’s central square for business, shopping and leisure, The Excelsior - Small Luxury Hotels of the World is only a short walk from the boutiques of Mitropoleos. The guy at the reception was so welcoming. He even gave us a really good room upgrade option which we gladly accepted. The room was facing the main street but it was so quiet. Also, you had the impression that they had a limited choice at the buffet breakfast, but, they also presented us with a menu of things you could order. The menu was rich and food was delicious. Greatly recommend the hotel.

Centrally located in Thessaloniki City, the neoclassical-style Orestias Kastorias is within walking distance of Aristotelous Square and the White Tower. All modern rooms open to a balcony, while free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Spacious, clean, safe, centrally located, no parking problems (street parking available), air conditioning worked well. Our room had a balcony overlooking the ruins. There were colourful and lively cafés nearby. Close to historical sites, which we were able to visit on foot. The receptionist was helpful, friendly, and provided us with a valuable travel guide. Free tea and coffee, along with small biscuits, were available. We would definitely stay there again.Thank you very much.

The air-conditioned guestrooms of Golden Star have modern décor with light wooden furniture and bright fabrics. Each has a safe box and a satellite TV. A hairdryer is included. Great hotel on the waterfront (walkway). Quiet because it was off-season. Staff was fantastic. Make sure you try dinner in the restaurant, the staff and food were excellent there. Location was good, close to the airport and easy to then drive to other destinations in Halkidiki. The included breakfast had plenty of Greek goodies, all well prepared. Many tasty things to pick from. Nice views from the room.

The hotel has a sun terrace and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, snacks and drinks at the on-site bar. The location of the hotel is great - near the center, but not in the noisy part. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was also great. I would definitely recommend it.
