Staff are extremely kind and professional. Nico, in particular, has made every kind of effort to make sure our holiday would be unforgettable. What we really loved: - Fantastic personnel! From reception to pool bar, restaurant, SPA...everyone is exceptional - Owner really cares about his guests. Our last evening, after dinner, the owner of this resort overheard my wife asking a waitress about figs, which we could not find in stores. It was around 10 pm, and we did not even know who this man was. He went out in the dark to pick up figs and gave them to us in a nice chest half an hour later. Unbelievable! - Room size and cleanliness - The SPA has a wide range of services, and the personnel are very well qualified - Extremely comfy mattress - Quiet place where you can really relax and enjoy the amazing sea - Nature: I have never seen such a clean and easily accessible sea, and I am from southern Italy, where we have an amazing coast. I will never forget it.

I cannot express how wonderful our stay has been thanks to the hospitality at Ritsos Guesthouse! The accommodation is more than comfortable, clean, exquisitely decorated with style. The breakfast has been amazing and so delicious. The town is straight out of a fairytale!

The guest house has family rooms. We were very happy with our apartment which is situated a few meters and a few stairs away from the Monemvasia main gate (please note that you have to carry your suitcases or backpacks because of the cobble stones). The apartment is nicely furnished, offers a great view on the ocean from the windows (+ from the bed :)) and also has amenities like a coffee machine & coffee tabs. The owners have a store downstairs where you can get the keys and buy their local products like olive oil, wine or skin care. We had some problems with noise from the opposite bar one night because they tend to play loud music on Saturdays and the hosts did all they can to make up for it, even though it was not their fault and we really appreciated it. In terms of hospitality, these were one of the nicest hosts we have met so far.
