Located on the beachfront, in the centre of Kos Town, Kos Aktis is a luxurious, minimalist design hotel. It offers rooms with specially designed balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea and serves a sumptuous, certified Greek breakfast in the morning. The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

Featuring a living area and a balcony, the air-conditioned rooms and suites at Aqua Blu Boutique Hotel & Spa, Adults Only are modernly equipped with a satellite LCD TV and laptop size safe. Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries are provided. Some units include spa baths and private pools. We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

Gaia Garden is a charming, down-to-earth hotel located in Lambi, a quiet area of Kos Town.

It consists of a main house surrounded by several bungalows, all nestling in the beautiful gardens created by the owners. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gaia Garden and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff that set the tone for our entire stay. The cleaners at the hotel were nothing short of amazing. Our housekeeper, Tila, was an absolute gem. She not only kept our room spotless and immaculately clean but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Her daily check-ins to see if we needed anything were a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our experience. I must also commend the exceptional service provided by the front desk agent, Xheni. When we mentioned that our flight was scheduled for later in the day, Xheni graciously arranged for a late check-out and even went the extra mile to set up a shower for us to freshen up before our departure. Her kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the entire team at Gaia Garden for making our stay so special. We cannot wait to return in the future!

The 3-star superior hotel Astron is located in the heart of the city, on the graphic harbour of Kos. It operates all year round and offers a spectacular view of the Medieval Castle.

Surrounded by exotic plants and flowers, the Astron offers a swimming pool, a 12-person hot tub and a children's pool. The location was right in the port of the old town of Kos. The hotel was clean and efficient. William Alexander - the receptionist - could not have been more helpful.
