Cotommatae Hydra 1810 is housed in a 19th century mansion, only 200 metres from Hydra Port and the seafront with several restaurants and bars. Surrounded by a garden with a stone-paved courtyard, it offers traditional accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Very nice cosy boutique hôtel, well situated in Hydra. An exceptionnal welcome, by Yannis, who recommended us the best adress for drink, lunch, dinner and beach. We have spent a wonderful time there
Hydra
Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. It is located 250 metres from the port and 500 metres from Ydra’s main beach. The old decor fits the location so well. The garden is also beautiful. It was a joy to have breakfast there every morning (and befriend the cats). The location is perfect - very close to the port, yet in a quiet area. We managed to drag our luggage there ourselves - it was easier downhill when we left:).
Hydra
The traditionally built Hydroussa Hotel Hydra is located on Votsi Square, surrounded by lovely lemon trees. Due to its unique architecture, Hydroussa Hotel has been used in the past as a location for Hollywood films. We loved all of it, location, staff, room excellent

Hydra
With its warm and welcoming staff, this traditional mansion is just a 3-minute walk from Hydra’s port and features beautifully appointed guest rooms with views of Hydra or the sea.
A small selection of rooms and studios in this traditional, stone mansion allow for attention to detail and unsurpassed personalised service.
On arrival we were welcomed by Nicholas who was extremely friendly and helpful. A great start to our stay. We were on the first floor and the room was a good size, the bed comfy, good wardrobe space, good air con, nice to have windows to open and let the sun in (even through the massive heat wave). The bathroom itself was small but did the job for our 5 night stay. The shower was a bit of a let down - very tight squeeze to get in and shut the doors (and we are average build). If we moved without thinking about this small space, we accidentally nudged the tap off or to the hot or cold side. Had to be super careful in that respect.
The free breakfast was out of this world amazing, tasty, different every day, home cooked/made, abundant (got us through to the afternoon!). We looked forward to it every morning and ate 90 to 100% of it. Jenni was an amazing hostess who presented us with this breakfast daily and she tolerated my “5 to 6 cup coffee” husband with delightful dry humour! She always had a funny comment to make. Loved her! One of the house maids was super friendly and greeted us every time we saw her - sorry I didn’t get her name!
Unlucky for us it was a heat wave the whole 5 days there so going back and forth from the city centre was quite the trek for this unfit oldish woman, but I achieved it 4 or 5 times a day, albeit puffed on arrival. On a cooler day it would be very pleasant.
A thousand thank you’s Jenni, Nicholas and friendly housemaid - you made our stay in Hydra magical. We highly recommend your place and wish you many years of success in your chosen business. You are a credit to the island! Liz and Mark from New Zealand.
Hydra
Set in a historic building in the heart of Hydra, Angelica Traditional Boutique Hotel boasts charming accommodations with spa baths or jet showers, and offers a courtyard with a mini pool, hot tub and sauna. Very comfortable room. Great friendly and very helpful reception and service. Great breakfast. I also liked that it was a little bit away from the busy port so it was so quiet. We had a lovely balcony with sun chairs and a little table and chairs outside.

Every air-conditioned room overlooks the alley and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. You will find a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Rooms include a private bathroom equipped with a shower. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries.
Relaxed vibe a few streets back from the strip. Boutique and traditional style. We got a few beach towels from Christos (brilliant) and on one rainy evening we found umbrellas in the hallway.
A short walk from some lovely swimming spots of the rocks, restaurants and cafes all around
Hydra
Located in Hydra, Attica region, Amaryllis Hotel is situated 3 km from Profitis Ilias Monastery. Each accommodation at the 1-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a terrace. The accommodation provides room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The location to restaurants, shops and the harbour was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The use of the rooftop clothes line to dry swimwear and towels after a day at the beach was such a bonus
Hydra
Boasting magnificent views overlooking Hydra, the recently renovated Hotel Hydra is a turn-of-the-century building set in the heart of the island of Hydra. The nearest swimming area is a 5-minute walk away. The views, room amenities, staff helpfulness are all pluses to the Hotel Hydra. When I chose the hotel, I knew it was up a long path with many stairs. However, the views at the hotel and the surrounding sights made the walk worth it. The signage is good so it is difficult to get lost. The area around the hotel has an historic mansion and the family home of a famous artist. Both were excellent and interesting visits.

Beautiful new little boutique hotel. While the rooms are small, they're really well designed and comfortable. Staff was great!
18th century historical mansion, with magical views, beautiful interior design, ideally located 100 metres from the port. Impressive and subtle hosting by Gunnar whom we thank a lot for enriching our stay on the island. Looking forward to returning.

The apartment is beautifully designed and put together. The owners are positively lovely and so helpful, they even supplied beach towels! The apartment is serviced every other day. Beds are comfortable and situated up an open staircase to the bedroom area which also has a wardrobe and useful dressing table. The kitchen isso well appointed that it is possible to cook all meals if you want to. There was a proper filter coffee machine. There is a comfortable sitting area with a TV.
Staff super friendly and helpful. Felt like home. Great location two minute walk to Port. Lovely design and decor. Fabulous rooftop terrace.
The apartment was beautiful and very big! We could see that a lot of care was taken in designing these apartments. Hotel manager was really lovely and provided us with great recommendations for food and swimming spots.
Cool room design with cute room names, amazing staff, beautiful building, good breakfast, lovely location
The coolest, boutique style hotel ever. HUGE rooms, so modern and spacious. The owner was so friendly, helpful and chilled. They even had a help yourself fridge full of wine and just trusted you to let them know which one you picked to pay at the end. Incredible roof top sitting area with 360 views of the port and mountains. A gorgeous, resident cat chilled in the lobby and was happy to give cuddles. So picturesque and a great location, walking distance to delicious restaurants. So happy we stayed here!
