The location is very convenient – close enough to Chania but away from the busy streets, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the night shift receptionist, who was always welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the restaurant has an incredible panoramic view over Chania – truly a highlight! The room was comfortable and clean, and one of the best features was the free shuttle service to the city center, which saved us the stress of looking for parking. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Meeting facilities and free WiFi Fiber in all areas are provided. We really liked the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff prepared a really nice surprise for us upon our arrival: a very delicious cake and champagne. We want to thank the hotel for this kind gesture, it was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and was cleaned up every day. The food in the restaurant was very good: the breakfast is delicious and diversified, with fresh ingredients. We also ate a-la-carte in one evening and we were blown away by how good the food was - I ate beef steaks in many restaurants in Crete during our stay, but the steak from Kydon Hotel restaurant was by far the best one.
